RW Meyer Sugar Mill Museum is located along route 470 and two miles southwest of Palaau State Park, Kualapuu.

Built in 1877 and operated by Rudolph Wilhelm Meyer. Fully restored in 1972 and bequeathed by the Meyer family in 1988 to the Molokai Museum and Cultural Centre.
It is the only 19th century sugar mill in Hawaii with its own original processing equipment in place.
The museum has its own gift shop with an everchanging display of artifacts, clothing, gift items, photos and artwork by local artisans.
